1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 0 to 1 business day following successful payment confirmation.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 PM IST or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

  • Working Days: Our processing operational days are Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays and national festival days).

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Partners

  • We deliver to serviceable pin codes all across India.

  • Deliveries are fulfilled through trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated transit time depends on your delivery location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 Business Days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities / Other Locations: 3 to 7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas & Special Regions: 5 to 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally vary due to external factors such as severe weather, courier delays, regional restrictions, or festive surges.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

  • Any ongoing promotion (such as Free Shipping on orders above a specified threshold) will automatically apply at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your shipment is picked up by our delivery partner, a tracking link along with the AWB / Tracking Number will be shared with you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • You can monitor the real-time status of your package using the provided tracking link.

6. Undelivered / Failed Deliveries

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout,

  • Unavailability of the recipient after multiple delivery attempts, or

  • Refusal to accept the parcel,

The parcel may be returned to our fulfillment facility. In such instances, additional shipping/re-dispatch charges will apply to resend the package.
