Refund policy

At Bubber Beauty Palace, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• It must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and the original purchase invoice intact.
• Returns are accepted primarily if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, personal care, and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Used, worn, or altered jewellery.
• Personal care and beauty products.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or missing original packaging/tags.
• Sale/discounted items and Gift Cards.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

• Contact Support: Email us at palacebubberbeauty@gmail.com or bubber.gemsinc@gmail.com (or WhatsApp us at +91 94140 78439) within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide Details: Include your Order ID along with clear photos or unboxing videos of the product showing the issue.
• Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will either arrange a return pickup (where service is available) or guide you on how to send the package back to our store address.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost, subject to product stock availability.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

• Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be transferred via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer after collecting your bank details.
• Processing Time: Please note that bank or credit card providers may take additional time to post the amount to your account.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped/dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
